Fraz joined PLT Training early in 2015 as a Marketing Assistant and quickly demonstrated his incredibly strong work ethic. After graduating from Aston University with a 2:1 in Marketing, Fraz’s keen interest in business enabled him to learn the processes of various departments within PLT Training Ltd, including Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Administration. He is now the Administration Manager, where he oversees admin processes, collaborates closely with our accreditation awarding partners, and supports our Operations Director with ISO 45001 compliance.

Fraz considers one of his greatest achievements to be earning a place at Aston University and graduating with a 2:1, especially after working equally hard at college to gain several distinctions.

In his limited spare time, Fraz is an avid supporter of Aston Villa (his mood, and consequently ours in the office, often depends on their performance!) and a keen cricket fan. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family, whether at home, on days out, or during celebratory meals.
