Attendees will be able to recognise the hazards faced when entering or working in confined spaces, be able to document a safe system of working and be able to operate the equipment required for safe working in a confined space.
Confined Spaces Training Course (Low Risk)
On average, 15 people are killed and more seriously injured every year in the UK across a wide range of working environments in confined spaces. This happens in a variety of industries and situations, from those involved in the operation of complex plant through to accessing simple storage vessels. In addition, a large number of people are also seriously injured. Unfortunately those losing their lives include not only people working in the confined space but also those who try to rescue them without prior training and using incorrect equipment.
Working in Confined Spaces training is an essential requirement for those entering confined spaces, and we have a purpose built facility that can be accessed via our training facility. You will be able to recognise the hazards faced when entering or working in confined spaces, be able to document a safe system of working and be able to operate the equipment required for safe working in a confined space.
