Health & Safety Managers and Officers play a big role in preventing and minimising the risk of accidents, work-related illnesses and injuries in the workplace by carrying out risk assessments and implementing safety procedures.
However as team leaders and supervisors are responsible of the daily shifts and operation of your company, they need to ensure that the set health and safety procedures and safety performance standards are being followed by the team. This course will build your supervisors and team leaders skills and knowledge required to ensure H&S remains key part of their role, and methods to create a safety culture.

Successful completion of this course delegates are provided with a Health & Safety for Team Leaders certificate. After this course delegates have the option to build their H&S knowledge by booking themselves onto the IOSH Managing Safely course.
